My story

I have lived this

Hi, my name is Heather. I started out wanting to help church communities that had never had competent or safe leadership to experience a second chance at life. This led to 20+ years of learning on the job, plus 6 years of doctoral research, discovering the methods that work to rebuild before there is money or a team. Mine is a story of survival and flourishing against the odds.
